Level 1 is the complete, one-on-one experience for shooters that do not own a gun or have limited experience with handguns. You will spend classroom time learning gun safety, the parts of a handgun, the basics of handgun marksmanship, how to field strip and how to clean a handgun. You will learn to present a gun from a holster to a target. You will learn the legal restrictions and responsibilities in North Carolina for carrying and using a concealed handgun. This course qualifies you for the NC Concealed Carry certificate. This level also gives you an NRA Basic Pistol certificate.

Level 1 includes:
o All ammunition and gun rental with multiple guns and calibers to try
o All course material
o All targets for practice and qualification
Water provided during the range session
Eye and ear protection is provided
o Approximately 150 rounds fired and 2 hours of range time
o 10 hours of safety and legal training, exceeding the NC requirements for Concealed Carry
o Per person discounts for small groups (must be a group that knows each other)(no more than 4 people in a level 1 class)
o 10% discount for three people in the same class ($225 per person)
The single person cost for the Level 1 training is $250.00 (range fee is a separate charge and is paid directly to the range)
